Doc Long Minis are right around the corner, and I couldn’t be more excited to capture your beautiful moments in this gorgeous outdoor location! Before your session, here’s a quick and important reminder to help everything run smoothly and ensure you get the absolute most out of your time in front of the camera.

⏰ Plan Travel Time — Mountain Roads Take Longer!

Doc Long is stunning… and also a little bit of a drive! Between the winding roads, slower traffic, and the possibility of seasonal delays, it’s always best to give yourself extra time. Plan to leave earlier than you think you need to. This helps you avoid rushing and keeps everyone relaxed and photo-ready when you arrive.

🚗 Arrive a Few Minutes Early

Because these are mini sessions, the schedule is tight and back-to-back. Arriving just 5–10 minutes early gives you time to:

  • Park comfortably

  • Get little ones out of the car

  • Fix hair, straighten outfits, and do quick touch-ups

  • Take a breath and settle in before your session begins

It’s such a simple thing, but it truly makes a huge difference in the quality and feel of your photos!

📸 Be Ready to Start at Your Scheduled Time

Mini sessions move quickly — and starting right on time ensures you get your full session and all the images you’re excited for. When you’re ready to go at your booked time, we can jump right into the magic!

🌲 I Can’t Wait to See You!

Thank you again for choosing me to capture your memories at Doc Long — it’s one of my favorite spots, and these minis always turn out gorgeous. Arrive early, take a deep breath, and get ready for a fun and seamless experience!

If you have any questions about parking, directions, or what to expect, feel free to reach out.

See you soon! 💛📷
